In a large bowl, cream sugar1-1/2 cups and butter1 cup until light and fluffy. Add sour cream1 cup and eggs2. Beat until well blended. Reserve 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate1 can for frosting. Add the remaining concentrate with combined dry ingredients to the creamed mixture; mix well. Stir in orange zest2 tablespoons.
