Ingredients
- 4white fish fillets
- 1/2 cupsour cream
- 2 tablespoonsfresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoonlemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoonsalt
- 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
- 1 cupbasmati rice
- 1/2 teaspoonsaffron threads
- 1 1/2 cupschicken or vegetable broth

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the dill sauce evenly over the fish fillets.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, bring the rice, saffron and broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the rice is tender.
